Parent/Carer Survey

We would like to know what you think about Aiming High services.

Aiming High, Staffordshire County Council's Short Breaks Programme, funds a range of short break services for children with disabilities or additional needs and their families.

The activities and other support provided has included football, cricket, farm days, trips out, activities at residential schools, G8way workers, Action for Children mentoring and sitting service, SPAN (Staffordshire Parent Action Network) - Parent Participation Service.

We would like the views of parents and carers on the services currently provided by Aiming High in Staffordshire and other information which can help us to improve the programme.
